Current Learning Challenges
A one-size-fits-all education system is not helping as the future of work is changing and the current education system is not in the same line with the working requirements of the industry especially for students aged 9-17 years old. Students do not realize their passion till university or even later making 1/3 of the population has a high chance to become jobless. Besides is found that the number of youngsters starting a business is also declining by 30%. This all happens due to the unreadiness of the current learning ecosystem.

Outcome:
Students get basic understanding of various futuristic streams. The focus of this stage is to identify the child’s area of interest and systematically introduce them to the foundation of entrepreneurship.

TIER 2 - BEGINNER
In this stage, students will be able to dig deeper and learn about their chosen streams in detail like Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, AI, Automation, Entrepreneurial Skills, and more.
Preparation for the final prototyping
Outcome:
Students will be able to dig deeper into the subject of their choices like Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, AI, Automation, Entrepreneurial Skills, and more. This stage will also focus on further building their knowledge and skills to help them in the product-development process in the next stage.

TIER 3 - INNOVATOR
Takes the learning of the previous stage forward and help students implement this knowledge in product innovation.
First step towards students’ entrepreneurial journey by helping them develop their passion and experience of creating their own product.
Students will learn extensively about the 5-step design thinking process incorporated with SCRUM framework. They will implement this knowledge and innovative ideas into final product development.
Outcome:
This stage takes the learning of the previous stage forward and helps students implement this knowledge in individual product innovation and create their own product. Students will learn extensively about the 5-step design thinking process incorporated with SCRUM framework.
Learn about marketplaces
Interact with marketplace/procurement experts
Not catering to students, based on their intellect level
Possibility to launch on Amazon/eBay/ Kickstarter etc.
This stage will be a training ground to learn how to commercialize your innovation
TIER 4 - ENTREPRENEUR
Last stage towards the completion of the Innovator program before the final product launch.
Learn about various marketplaces and crowdfunding platforms and the critical steps needed to make their product successful.
Gives hands-on experience and help students understand the finer points and challenges faced by entrepreneurs.
Students will learn in-depth about the eCommerce business model and its internet commodities and will also gain knowledge that will help thrive/lead in gig economies.
Outcome:
Last stage towards the completion of the Innovator program before the final product launch. Student learn about various marketplaces and crowdfunding platforms, will explore the online marketing techniques and garner experience of the finer points and activities of eCommerce and entrepreneurship.
